How It Works
The Attune OAQ Kit repackages its UL-2905 certified Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) sensors for outdoor use. A radiation shield covers a temperature and humidity sensor to enhance daytime readings accuracy. The enclosure uses a fan to expose the other environmental sensors to the outside air, which flows from the bottom and sides through small vents and exits through the tops of the sides. Small louvers prevent insects and other objects from entering the enclosure. The data collected by the OAQ can be used to continuously monitor outdoor air conditions and their impact on the local environment.
